Restoration Soul Care exists to help people do the deeper work they’ve often been told to skip. We walk with individuals who are tired of cycling through pornography and shame, couples who feel the distance growing but don’t know how to talk about it, and churches trying to respond to sexual brokenness without making things worse. Our approach starts with understanding how people are wired, how stories shape behavior, and how real change happens over time. We integrate Christian faith with emotional and relational wisdom, so growth is not forced, but formed.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
One-on-one, 50-minute coaching sessions. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions are available in-person or remotely. Life coaching, spiritual direction, story work, and overcoming sex and pornography addiction.
$150 per 50-minute session.
COUPLES SESSIONS
Marriage & Pre-Marriage Coaching helps couples build connection, deepen trust, and navigate challenges with clarity and grace. Whether you’re preparing for marriage or strengthening an existing one, we offer guidance rooted in relational and spiritual insight.
$180 per 50-minute session.
INSURANCE
All services are self-pay. We do not hold or maintain any state licensure, so we are not able to utilize any insurance. Clients are always welcome to use their receipts of payment to see if reimbursement is possible.
ASSISTANCE
A limited number of sessions are reserved for clients dealing with financial hardship. Availability is based on current client load needs and it on first-come, first served basis.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Accepted forms of payment include all major credit debit/cards and cash. Payment is required after scheduled sessions. You will receive an invoice via Stripe following your first session. Upon payment of your initial session, your card will be saved on file for future billing.
TARDINESS & CANCELATIONS
Please be prompt for your scheduled sessions. Tardiness will ultimately take away from your counseling. We cannot always run over scheduled meeting times to compensate. There is a 24-hour cancelation policy and reminders are provided before this. If you are unable to make your appointment in person, phone sessions may be utilized in place of face-to-face. Cancelations less than 24 hours or no call/no show for appointments will result in billing for the scheduled session. A debit/credit card is required to be on file for these circumstances.

For those desiring focused, personalized care, our Intensives offer one or two full days of immersive on-site coaching in Louisville, KY—guided by two seasoned soul care providers—tailored for individuals or couples walking through pivotal seasons. Whether you come for stillness or breakthrough, you’ll find space to breathe, reflect, and be restored. Think of this as 2 years of coaching in 2 days. We’ll cover next steps and map out a plan for ongoing care.
