02 Important Context Before You Read Further
Some of what RSC offers, coaching for men working through pornography use, sexual integrity issues, and related struggles, often within a Christian framework, is sensitive by nature. When you fill out an intake form, the Pressure Assessor™, or any other form on this site, you may be disclosing information about your inner life, your beliefs, your relationships, and your private struggles. We take that seriously.
A few things to know up front:
- RSC is a coaching practice, not a healthcare provider. Our services are not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychiatric care, and our work is not covered by HIPAA. The legal protections that apply to a therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship do not apply to coaching. If you need clinical care, please see a licensed therapist, counselor, or physician. (See our Disclaimer and Terms of Service for the full scope-of-practice framework.)
- We treat inquiry and assessment information as confidential as a matter of professional practice, even before you become a paying client. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or talk about it. Specific exceptions to confidentiality are described in our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
03 What Data We Collect & Why
We collect personal data when you give it to us, or when it's generated automatically by your use of our site.
Contact forms and resource downloads
When you fill out a form on rscky.com, including the Get Started intake, the Quick Start Guide signup, or any other inquiry, we collect what you provide, typically your name, email address, phone number (if you share it), and the content of your message. We use this to respond, to deliver requested resources, and to follow up about coaching.
The Pressure Assessor™
When you complete the Pressure Assessor at rscky.com/pressure-lp, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), and your answers to the 16 assessment questions. Your responses are stored in a private spreadsheet (Google Sheets) accessible only to RSC and the coach who may work with you. Your answers are not shared with third parties, are not used for advertising, and are not anonymized or aggregated for sale. We use them to follow up with you about coaching and, if you become a client, to inform the work we do together.
Scheduling
When you book a discovery call or session through Calendly, we receive your name, email, time zone, and any details you provide during booking. Calendly may collect additional information per its own privacy policy.
Coaching engagements
If you become a coaching client, we collect additional information necessary to provide our services, contact and billing information, intake details, and the content of our sessions, emails, and other correspondence. Session content is treated as confidential, subject to limited exceptions described in our Disclaimer and Terms of Service.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe receives your payment information directly; we do not store full credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other payment credentials on our systems.
Phone calls and text messages
If you provide your phone number, we may call or text you to follow up about your inquiry or coaching. We may also send occasional updates, resources, or marketing messages by SMS. Marketing texts will only be sent to people who have given express written consent at the time they provided their phone number. You can opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us not to call you at any time by emailing info@rscky.com. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Technical data
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Squarespace) and analytics tools automatically collect technical information. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent, and referring URL. This data is used in aggregate to understand site performance and is not linked to your identity unless you fill out a form.
05 Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, pages visited, time on site, traffic sources, conversions, and similar aggregated data. GA4 uses cookies and similar identifiers to collect this information, and we have configured it to support conversion tracking for our advertising. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of GA tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
06 Third Parties We Share Data With
We share limited data with the third-party service providers we use to operate the Site and deliver our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

07 How We Protect Your Data
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site, access controls on internal systems, written agreements with our service providers, and limiting access to client information to the people who need it to do their work.

- Payment records: retained as required by Stripe and by federal and state tax and financial recordkeeping laws (generally 7 years).
