Unalone iOS application
Terms of Use

By downloading or using Unalone, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Unalone is for adults: you must be at least 18 years old to use it.
What Unalone is, and is not
Unalone is a self-management tool. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or a substitute for any of them, and it is not a crisis service. Using the app does not create a coaching, clinical, or professional relationship between you and Restoration Soul Care LLC. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact 988 (US) or your local emergency services.
Beta testing
Unalone is currently distributed for testing through Apple's TestFlight. Pre-release builds are provided for evaluation only. They may contain defects, may lose data, and may be changed, interrupted, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Beta access is provided free of charge and gives you no entitlement to the released app or to any particular price. Your use of TestFlight is governed by Apple's own terms. If you send us feedback about the app, you grant us an unrestricted right to use it, with no obligation or payment to you.
Your responsibilities
The app's blocking, reminders, and accountability features are aids, not guarantees. You are responsible for your own choices, including who you choose to share information with through the app's messaging features. Blocking relies on Apple's Screen Time technology and on your device settings, and may be affected by iOS updates, permission changes, or removal of the app. We do not guarantee that blocking will function at all times.
Intellectual property
The app, its content, and the Unalone name are the property of Restoration Soul Care LLC and are protected by applicable law. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, consistent with the App Store Terms of Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restoration Soul Care LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost data, arising from or relating to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim arose, or twenty-five US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Apple
These terms are between you and Restoration Soul Care LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and is not responsible for addressing any claim you have relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update is acceptance of it, and material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.
